Fair questions
Do I have to change phone systems or learn new software?
No. Everything gets wired into what you already run: your existing phone line or system (RingCentral, Verizon, whatever rings today), Jobber or Housecall Pro if you use one, QuickBooks, Google. Your crew doesn't have to learn anything. The systems do their work in the background.
What does it cost after the pilot?
The system is yours and keeps running. The texting itself costs a few dollars a month in carrier fees. If you want me on call to watch it, fix it, and build the next thing, that's an optional monthly arrangement we scope on the call. No contracts either way.
How fast does it go live?
You see a working demo on test numbers within days of our call, before any money moves. Once you approve it, the pilot goes live on your real line in about a week.
What happens if it doesn't work the way you said?
Then you don't pay. The scope is written down before work starts, and the guarantee is part of it. I'm building this business on the North Shore one working system at a time, which only works if every system works.
